MEETING WITH SIR LAWRENCE KADOORIE

As requested, I attach a brief for both Mr. Williams and Sir Peter Carey's meetings with Sir Lawrence Kadoorie on the 30th March.

As also agreed, with Mr. Varley's Office, I shall be forwarding a supplementary brief for Sir Lawrence's meeting with the Prime Minister on the 31st March as soon as possible after the meeting with Sir Peter Carey.

Any supplementary briefing necessary for the meeting tomorrow with Dr. Owen will be done on the telephone.
