Dear Miss Tsu

Re:

ANIMALS AND PLANTS (PROTECTION OF ENDANGERED SPECIES) ORDINANCE NO. 63 of 1976 AND PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO: ANIMALS ORDINANCE.

Thank you for your letter dated 20th January, the contents of which I have noted, with great interest...

with,

Please be assured that ISPA is in liaison amongst others, Dr. R. Callow of the Hong Kong SPCA. and the RSPCA Headquarters in the UK. We are pleased to assist you over this matter

t

ISPA, together with other conservation groups, is monitoring the trade in wildlife, particularly non- enforcement of the wildlife protection laws. Now that the United Kingdom, its Colonies and dependencies have ratified the Endangered Species Treaty, it is imperative that the terms of this Treaty and indigenous supporting legislation be enforced,

Yours sincerely
