Hong Kong undertakes to supply the Community with precise statistical information op all export licencen issued by the Hong Kong authorities for all categories of textile produnts subjoot to tho quantitative limits set opt in Annex II.

Hong Kong shall not out in its periodical statistical

reports the maximum export levels for each category subject to a quantitative limit and the rate of utilisation of these lovele.

2. The Community shall likewise supply to the Hong Kong authorition

precise statistical information on import documents issued by the

Community authorities. and import statistics for products covered by

the System of Export Authorisation referred to in Article 6.

3. The information referred to above shall, for all categories of products, bo supplied before the end of the second month following

the quarter to which the statistica rolato.

Should it be found on analysis of the information exchanged that

there are significant discrepancies between the returns for exports and

those for imports, consultations may be initiated in accordance with tho

procedure specified in Article 13 of this Agreement.

Any such consultation shall be resolved on the baslo of the agrood

descriptions of tha produqta contained in danex II.

In
