At David Jordan's suggestion I
am enclosing a note setting out the problem over the new EEC Categorisation system. As one who deals almost daily with honest differ- ences of opinions between H.K. and U.K. authorities. on classification of garments under the present 23 category system, my mind boggles at the problems which will arise from the new system involving 147 categories.
