CHINESE MANUFACTURLRS ASSOCIATION VISIT
1. With reference to your letter dated 9 May 1977 Mr Stewart will receive the delegation from the CMA and will receive on behalf of Hi The Queen the silver plate which they propose to present in honour of Her Majesty's Silver Jubilee.
2. Will you please let me know what time will be suitable for the delegation to come to the FCO.
3. As I explained on the telephone, it was not possible at this late date to obtain seats for the Trooping of the Colour on 11 June and, because the delegation is not arriving until 6 June, they will not be able to take up tickets obtained for the rehearsal of the Trooping on 4 June.
