I attach a brief for the above, together with copies of the speaking notes for Mr Kaufman and Sir Peter Carey, a copy of the programme and a list of the personmel concerned.

I have proceeded on the basis that the meetings with Mr Kaufman and Sir Peter will be fairly general and that the group will present their ideas in more detail to Mr Rawlinson. Financial details, however, should be discussed with British Shipbuilders rather than with officials.
