The source of the information on Hong Kong's investment with South African stock is the Accounts of Hong Kong, which are indeed public documents to the extent they are available to the public. The point at present is that no-one has as yet picked up this point it may be just a matter of time before anyone does; on the other hand it might pass unnoticed.
