"The Minister has asked me to find out whether there is on order, or is likely to be ordered as a result of projects under consideration, aid-financed telecommunications equipment of the older, labour-entensive, type, made by Plesseys. I would be most grateful if the Geographical Under Secretaries, to whom I am
