b. The Internal Threat. (Ref your para 7. f.). To say that the New Left elements are merely irresponsible is an over-simplification. prefer the wording:
'They nevertheless constitute a threat in that they are over eager to exploit volatile situations and to introduce a revolutionary, Trotskyist dimension into disputes'.
