We, the delegates of the New Territories lleung Yee Kuk, believe that this is the appropriate time for us to express our opinion to the British people. Because, as it is now, the colonial system can no longer fit in any social situation anywhere. Therefore, according to our principle of fighting for fair treatment, which is of crowing improtance, so put forward our demands that are already reduced to a bare min
