1. I attach a draft of the minutes.

2. It was agreed at the meeting that there should be two versions of the minutes. A full one for Lord Goronwy-Roberts and another, omitting references to the discussion on the MFA, Police/ICAC and DS secondments for the Governor. The draft is intended to meet this requirement.
