I therefore recommend that we should accept the Governor's proposal that his next visit should take place in November. however, Lord Goronwy-Roberts considers that the Governor should come home for consultations in the summer, I suggest that he should come, as he has proposed, for the week beginning Monday, 20 June, which would be between the Commonwealth Heads of Government and

EEC Summit meetings. Subject to the Minister of State's preference, I will reply accordingly to the Governor.
