1. Parliamentary Unit have arranged that a ticket be available for the Governor to the Distinguished Strangers Gallery for the afternoon of 22 November. The ticket can only be picked up from the policeman at the barrier to the central lobby and it must be collected by 2.30 that afternoon at the latest. If the seat is not occupied after that time, even though the ticket is collected, the sergeant at Arms has the right to re-allocate it.

2.

Parliamentary Unit (Mr Hunt) is presently trying to secure a ticket for the box on that afternoon for the Gallery.
