Appointments have been made for the Governor to see Mr Dell at 1015 and Sir Leo Pliatsky at 11.15 on Wednesday, 23 November.

2. The Governor has indicated that he wishes to talk about the course of the EEC textiles negotiations. In the event that he has no specific matter to discuss he will offer to cancel the meeting.
