Attached is a two page precis of my seven page summary on this. Mr Smith reminded me that there is a lot of business to get through on Friday and that Mr Cortazzi would probably not want to spend more than two minutes on the subject.

I hope the long version will still be of some use, though, particularly as a more detailed list of desirable economic changes.
