My Right Hon and noble Friend the Minister of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs and the Governor of Hong Kong discussed the Hong Kong Government's plans for further progress in labour, social and allied fields in Hong Kong, as set out by the Governor in his statement at the opening of the current session of the Legislative Council on 6October 1976.
