Thank you for your letter of 27 January.
There may have been a mix up on the question of "classification" When, in para 3 of my letter of 21 January, I said that I thought the classification was about right, I meant the security classification. But if by classification you meant "tabulation" this is fine too. Please keep them coming just as they are, and in the same quantities. More particularly, we would like to have art II as well as Part I to each report. We have found both parts equally interesting and
useful.
2. I shall be in Hong Kong again in about 6 weeks and I look forward to seeing you.
