We have now completed our second round of the new-style Branch progress reports, as foreshadowed in my letter of 27th January, and I now enclose a copy of Part I of each Branch's report, except that of Civil Service Branch. Alan Scott will be sending this to you separately as he has restricted its internal circulation.

I have also just about completed the second FCO tabular progress report on housing, medical, education, social welfare and labour legislation, and I anticipate sending it to you within the next couple of days.
