I went to the kitchen and collected a pair of sandals. They were

I went outside of the building and collected a guiness stout that was in
a brown paper bag from just beneath the kitchen window. There was guiness
stout in the grocery section. There were paper bags like that one in the
grocery. The bottle of guiness was unopened. I kept it in my custody and 15

Later in the day, I went to Beef Island about 4.15 p.m. One Übel Penn
gave me a pair of black boots. In one of the boots was a blue jersey and
there was a blood stain on the jersey. In the other boot was a British
Passport in the name of Sylvester Gaston and in that passport were (1) a 20
valid LIAT airline ticket. (2) a birth certificate in the name of Sylvester
Gaston, (3) a social security card in the name of Sylvester Gaston (4) a
V.I.treasury receipt in the name of Sylvester Gaston. I kept these in my
custody and now produce them.
