Know Accused. My mother is Ethleen Thomas. I lived with Evelyn

Rabsatt, my grandmother.

Accused used to work for me at my house up in the hill at Major Bay.

He was a labourer. I was building the house.

On 18th January, 1977, I saw accused. We had casted a column at

These are not my plans. These belong to my brother. They were also

kept in the safe. My brother's name is Remwy Penn. He lives in New

York. They used to be in good condition. They are not in good condition 25

now. This looks like blood on them.

Accused and my grandmother got on good. They always used to talk

about the picture on the T.V.

She was strong

I am 5. ft. 5 in. My grandmother was taller than me.

She used to keep her shop money in the safe in paper bags.

I have seen the accused in the shop as a customer.
