also said that if I had the money I must gave it to her
because she worked hard on the peanuts for that money.
I told her that I did not take her money and I did not
have it. She then told me that she was going to put
obeah on me and then put me in the hands of police. I
told her to go ahead and I returned to watch my game, and
she went home. Other people told me that if I had Miss

It was on Tuesday, 10
18th January, 1977 that an oldman, name unknown, told me that
I must gave Miss Evelyn her money, if I took it. I told
the oldman that I did not know why Miss Evelyn had to be
scandalizing my name like that. The same Thursday afternoon
when Miss Evelyn spoke to me about the money that was
stolen, I went home and told my sister, Julita, about it,
but she did not answer.
On Tuesday, 18th January, 1977 at about 4.30 p.m. I
went to watch basketball at the Major Bay Primary School.
I left the game going on at 6.30 p.m. I went home and ate
some food. I left home around 6.45 p.m. and I walked to
Calvin George's Bar to shoot pool. I met some boys there
but I do not know their names. I had $10.00 with me, made
up of one five dollar note and five singles. I had received
that money fron Franzel on the same day
January, 1977 for working on his house at Major Bay. At
George's Bar I bought those drinks; bacardi and
coke, and I shoot two games of pool. I do not know the
name of the boys I shoot the pool with. I left this Bar
at about 9.30 p.m. and I walked home unaccompanied.
