realised what he had done, because when he was talking

with the taximen and they had heard that the lady had

died, and he heard from them and by that time he was

aware of what was going on. First of all, the sister

pulled him up and brought him back to himself, and then

these taximen were talking and that pulled him up again.

He realised it, so was he running from immigration or

was he running from this matter. Members of the Jury,

have to look for the essential ingredients in this

charge of murder. You are not looking into his conduct

after the event, you want to see what was his position

before and at the time of the event.

That is your

So that is why I am racing over this

long part of the evidence because it cannot be terribly

important and you need not, I would advise, burden your

brain with all of that, but you will pick the material

points out of it and look for the inferences you have

to draw.
