Afterwards the things that took place between

Mrs. Evelyn and me started coming back to my mind again.

When I was going to the shop I do not reall seeing Ethleen Thomas.

I cannot remember seeing a pan of water on the ground in Rabsatt's kitchen.

I remember seeing paper bags strewn on the grocery floor. I had paid Mrs. 5

Evelyn $1.00 for the ston I told her to keep the change and would come

back for another drinke I did not find that $1.00 after. I looked for it

in the cabinet in the grocery store. I was looking for the $1.00 because I

felt it was my belonging. I remember resting the bottle of stout on the table.

This table was near to the cabinet in the grocery.

I did not see a tin of ice-cream in the kitchen. When Mrs. Rabsatt

was accusing me of having stolen her money I was not pleased about it.

I cant recall what happened to the string. I cant recall what

happened about the knife. I remember putting the knife in my pocket before

that date because I usually cut bush broom with it.

When I left my home that morning I had no intention to kill Mrs. Rabsatt.

I went to buy a stout and then to go to the hillside.

After I heard the voice of my sister I recalled using the knife on Mrs.

Rabsatt. I gave her 2 lashes. I did not intend to kill her.

I was arrested and brought to Road Town Police Station.

On the following day, I remember making a statement to Sgt. Malone

I told him what happened becausing of questioning.

I have no explanation. for how this happened. This is the first time

I am standing in a Court. I do not have many friends. My male friends on

this island are Atwell and Ed. I used to communicate with Franzel now and

again.

I smoke marijuana.

Have smoked marijuana for the past 5 years. I

had smoked marijuana on the 17/1/77. Three of us usually smoke it and that

day we smoked about 6-8 cigarettes.

I do not know why I was lying on the floor of the cell.

I got along fine with Dr. Thomas when he visited me in prison. I

heard Dr. Thomas this morning. I vomited more than once and I feel he knows

about it.
