MOTION

That this House, mindful of the recent events in Bermuda, notes with concern that the Secretary of State was unable to advise the Crown to intervent to prevent the exercise of the death penalty and calls on Her Majesty's Government, which is ultimately responsible for affairs for the Dependent Overseas Territories, to reconsider their policy concerning capital punishment in the Dependant Overseas Territories.
