Your Majesty:
We the members of Concerned Bermudians Abroad are protesting the scheduled hanging of Erskine Buck Burrows and Larry Winfield Tacklyn be- cause of the dubious circumstances preceding jury and after the trial of these two men we are outraged that these two men face trial despite the slanderous accusations of the government newspaper we are appalled by the further corruption of their case resulting from the law passed merely weeks prior allowing for multiple murders to be tried simultaneously under one conviction England has not enforced the death penalty since 1969, but has condoned this atrocity in our country we condemn these cir- cumstances which result in the gross violation of human rights and demand that these executions be stayed. The execution of these Bermudians can only be recorded by later generations as murder as an obvious case of contrived and premeditated murder Britian and the present government can wash and rewash their hands but the trial of Burrows and Tacklyn blood will always be present.
