stated in view of the terms of s.5(1) of the West Indies Act 1962. As the local legislature is constituted by Ordinance, and not under s.5(1), it follows that there is no reservation of legislative power to the Crown under s.5(1). I doubt therefore whether H.M. could legislate by Order in Council at present.
