The Prime Minister has seen the Foreign and Commonwealth (174) Secretary's minute (PM(77)114) of 7 November, recording latest

developments on the Bermuda case and the action which he now proposes to take.

The Prime Minister has indicated his agreement with the course proposed in paragraph 3 of Dr. Owen's minute.

I am sending copies of this letter to the Private Secretaries to the other members of GEN 103 and to Martin Vile (Cabinet Office).
