DELEGATION
By His Excellency the Honourab Sir Peter Edward Ramsbotham, Knight Grand Cross of the Roya Victoria Order, Knight Command of the most distinquished Orde of St Michael and St George,
Governor and Commander in Chie
of Bermuda.
WHEREAS it is provided by 'section 62 (2) of the Constitution of
Bermuda that the Governor acting in his discretion may by directions in
writing, with the prior approval of the Secretary of State, delegate to
any Minister designated by him after consultation with the Premier such
responsibility for matters relating to the Police as the Governor may
think fit upon such conditions as he may impose.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers vested in me as aforesaid and with the approval. of the Secretary of State conveyed to me on the
1977, I do hereby delegate to the
Honourable

the Minister of Home Affairs,
designated for this purpose after consultation with the Premier, hereinaft referred to as theïdefeated Minister my responsibility for the follow matters relating to the administration of the Bermuda. Police Force, name]

PROVIDED always that it shall be a condition of the exercise of the powers delegated hereby that nothing herein contained shall derogate from the powers and responsibilities vested in the Public Service Commis. in relation to the members of the Police Force by or under. the Constitut
