DEATH SENTENCES IN DEPENDENT TERRITORIES

We endeavour to produce a note on the most recent executions carried out' in Dependent Territories, in connection with the current death sentences in Belize and Bermuda.

2.

I attach a copy of the record which was compiled by my predecessors which I presume to be correct but since OAGS are not required to produce an "annual return of Capital punishment" as they are an "annual return of Corporal punishment" I am not sure if the record represents the true position.

3.

I would be grateful if Departments could let me know if the following references from the record are correct:
