2. I wonder though if it is PCD practice always to refer such correspondence back overseas without first showing it to the relevant FCO Department? DSP2.2 (old edition) which covers this does not figure at all in the new Vol.2 and Dependent Territories Departmental Practice (DTDP) is not of course held in PCD.
