1. The letter from Mr Russell at folio 51 is a reply Mr Stewart's letter at folio 26 about Legal and Judicial Staffing of the Dependent Territories in the 1980s.

2. Mr Stewart will wish to see on his return although like the other replies on this subject - Mr Russell agrees with Mr Stewart's conclusions. (See paragraph 4 of Mr Stewart's submission to PUS at folio 48) Since the matter was discussed at the meeting with the PUS on 9 November there is no further action at present.
