The "Camellia" is the first ship to be held up in a British port as a result of the ITF campaign. If Mr Pao enquires about this question, Lord Goronwy-Roberts could say that the hold-up in the "Camellia's" sailing results from an industrial dispute in which the crew of the ship itself are taking part and that it is a matter to be settled by the parties directly involved in the dispute.

award of a CBE in the New Year's Honours List.
