Arrived Philippines due to boat damage. They wish to go to Taiwan and have entry visas (apparently arranged du- ring their 8 month stay in Thailand).

All claim to have dual nationality Vietnamese/Chinese.

Local Red Cross and Department of So- cial Welfare providing immediate assis- tance and Chinese Chamber of Commerce may provide assistance to enable group proceed Taiwan.
