5. As well as the Americans (and the Community?) the Australians might be worth an early approach. The Australian Ambassador here showed considerable interest in UNHCR's ideas at the meeting of the Executive Committee on 25 June, and Sadruddin has spoken of an encouraging talk with the Minister concerned (Ethnic Affairs and Immigration, I think).
