A 19
21. (1) No person employed in an industrial undertaking shall wilfully interfere with or misuse any means, appliance, convenience or other thing provided in pursuance of the Ordinance for securing the health, safety or welfare of the persons employed in the industrial undertaking, and where any means or appliance for securing health or safety is provided for the use of any such person under the Ordinance, he shall use the means or appliance.
(2) No person employed in an industrial undertaking shall wilfully and without reasonable cause do anything likely to endanger himself or others.

Registration
22. Every application for registration under the provisions of section 9 of the Ordinance shall be made in such form as shall be approved by the Commissioner of Labour and published by him in the Gazette.
Prevention of Accidents
23. In every registrable workplace-
(a) all dangerous parts of the machinery and every part of the mill-gearing shall be securely fenced, or in such posi- tion or of such construction as to be as safe to every person in the workplace as if such machinery or mill- gearing were securely fenced;
(b) every fly wheel, pulley and exposed wheel shall be securely fenced, and every set screw and bolt shall be cut off or countersunk;
(c) every driving belt passing through a floor shall be securely fenced to a height of six and a half feet from such floor; (d) every driving belt used for main driving or counter driving and within six and a half feet from the floor or other place to which workers have access shall be securely fenced; (e) every part, under which persons are likely to pass, of every overhead driving belt more than four inches wide, shall be adequately protected by wood or metal guards;
(ƒ) all shafting which runs at a height of less than six and a half feet from a floor or other place to which workers have access shall be securely fenced;
(g) such moving parts of any machine as are adjacent to any place to which workers have access shall be securely fenced; and
