4. Mr Cortazzi will be seeing the Governor before he calls on the Secretary of State. If time allows, Mr Cortazzi proposes to have a word with the Private Office in the event of his meeting with the Governor giving rise to any points upon which Mr Crosland might need extra briefing before he sees Sir Murray.
