I would like to place on record my appreciation of the help given to me during my time in Hong Kong by Mr HUNG Charn Fai, the driver attached to me from your Department.
He was always polite and punctual if I was ever late for appointments (as I frequently was) this was invariably my fault rather than
He was his - and had a very clear idea of routes and timings. invariably more than ready to use his own initiative, and always to good effect. In short, it would have been absolutely impossible for me to carry out the very full programme that I had in Hong Kong without the degree of help which he gave me.
