In particular, we are not happy with the first sentence in your revised draft which, it seems to us, could be seized upon in Hong Kong as an argument that no immediate remedial action. is needed to improve conditions of employment (we are, incidentally, doubtful about the reliability of the wage statistics on the basis of wich you have made a comparison between Hong Kong and competitor countries).
