Article 10 There is no specific legislation
providing for the renewal, repair or replacement
of prosthesis or surgical appliances by an
employer.
Although there is no change in the declaration, when
legislative action is completed, Article 10
becomes fully applied so the declaration will be to
exclude only Article 9
This Convention can only be fully applied when
employers are made to be responsible for the payment
of all medical expenses of their injured employees.
