I should be grateful if you would add for Hong Kong Department to the standard distri- bution belegrams to and from Peking. present, it is rather hit or miss as to whether we see telegrams concerning Mao's death, which are of direct concern to HKD, and the only way of ensuring that we do see telegrams in this subject and on any others which are of continuing interest to the department seems to be to add to HKD to the distribution of all telegrams to and from Peking.
