PART V

REGULATIONS AND BY-LAWS

24. The Governor in Council may make regulations

for all or any of the following purposes

(a) controlling and regulating

(i) the maintenance and operation of the Mass

Transit Railway by the Corporation;

(ii) the work and conduct of employees of the

Corporation;

(iii) the use of the railway by members of the

public and their conduct while on railway premises;

(b) providing for the safety of persons using or

engaged in work on the railway;

(c) generally for effectively carrying out of the

provisions of this Ordinance.

25. (1) The Corporation may, under its common seal,

make by-laws not inconsistent with this Ordinance or

regulations made under section 24 for all or any of the following purposes

(a) prescribing the terms and conditions relating

to the use of its railway services;

(b) controlling and regulating.
