Site formation of Kowloon Bay Depot.

All the site formation works and associated civil works (such as clearing and grabbing, earth work, construction of drainage ditches, concrete pavement, and re-construction of existing channels) in Kowloon Bay Depot shall be completed by local contractors hired by the Government before the commencement of construction works.

Sea wall for the proposed fabrication yard for the immersed tube at Chai Wan to be completed by the Government before the commencement of construction works.
