In accordance with the wish expressed at the first meeting, a draft agenda will be transmitted to participants three months in advance of the date of the meeting so that they may contribute items for discussion. This makes it particularly important that participants should be designated as soon as possible.
I should be grateful if you would invite your Government's attention to this invitation and inform us, if possible not later than 15 July, of the name, official post and address of the Hong Kong representative.
