Mr Kenneth Lewis (Rutland and Stamford): To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, if he will make a statement on the success or otherwise of the steps taken to combat the drug traffic
drug traffic in Hong Kong.
I would refer the honourable Member to the answer which my right honourable Friend the Minister of State gave to my honourable Friend the Member for Harlow (Mr Newens) on 30 June. [Vol 894, col. 312]
