due to the current financial stringency here (an unusual experience for Hong Kong) but hope that by the time I depart on 27th May (for Bangkok, Rangoon, Geneva, Paris and London) that all will be agreed. When in London, where I hope to arrive on Saturday, 7th June, I shall be staying at the Naval and Military Club in Piccadilly (i.e. the "In and Out") to which any letters or messages can be sent in the interim.
