UN FUND FOR DRUG ABUSE CONTROL
1. Thank you for sending me a copy of your letter of 27 May to Callway in Geneva seeking his comments on the best way to convey to Martens our decision not to contribute to the Fund, at least for this year.
2. Whatever we decide to do in Geneva, I think 18 woul? be appropriate and courteous if I were to tell the Stabe Department of our decision. We work closely with them in the drug field and I think they would expect this.
If you agree, I should be grateful if you could let me know when I should do so.
