Please refer to my telegram dated 3rd September, 1975 in which I informed you that a further group of 78 refugees from Vietnam who are now in refugee camps in Hong Kong has requested resettlement in the United Kingdom.

I enclose a list of the names and particulars of these 78, who are additional to those listed in my telegrams No. VISA 38 of 25th July and No. 521 of 26th May, 1975.

Please let us know if you require any additional information on these cases.
