Alan Donald last wrote to you (but not to others) about this problem on 25 June and a further round-up is now called for. Meanwhile, I hope you will have received the records of our discussions with Jackson and Jaeger of the UNHCR, as you requested in para 4 of your letter HKK 18/25 of 2 July to Alan. I enclose copies for other Posts where relevant.
The latest situation is that 1,113 refugees have been moved out of the camps as follows :
