Mother: HEUNG Man-sin, 51, housewife in Canton residing with

husband.

Brother: LI Chiu-mau, 30, in Shanghai.

LI Chiu-luen, 26, in Canton.

LI Chiu-kwong, 23, a delivery hand at Kuen Kee Transportation Co., Yuen Long at $830 per month residing at 90, Stone House, Sai Bin Wai, G/F., Yuen Long.

HOME ENVIRONMENT

The Prisoner's family occupied a room at a stone house at Sai Bin Wai, Yuen Long, paying a monthly rental of $35. Before going back to China his parents lived with them for about 10 years.

It is a two-storey stone house with 4 rooms in each floor. There are 8 households in the stone house. The room was not orderly kept. His elder brother still lived there.

Before he was unemployed he used to associate with fellow workers in town, or with his former school mates when returned home on Sunday. When he became unemployed sometime in February 1973 he stayed with his elder brother in the village. It was believed that he had acquainted with some dubious characters during that time, i.e. from February to the time of offence in 1973.

LI Chiu-kwong, M/23 (The Prisoner's elder brother)

The elder brother was of the opinion that the Prisoner was not a bad nor lazy boy before. He was considered a bright student when in primary school. If not for his father's drug addiction the Prisoner would not have to give up schooling.
