In addition all were charged with two robberies which took

place at branches of the Chartered Bank at Queen's Road West, Hong. Kong

and Kam Pik House, Choi Hung Estate, Kowloon on the 7th June, 1973 and

the 10th July, 1973 respectively when $23,700, two shotguns and six rounds

of ammunition were taken from the former, and $70,599, two revolvers and

ten rounds of ammunition were taken from the latter.

The 1st, 2nd, 6th and 7th were charged with two robberies

which took place at branches of the Hong Kong & Shanghai Bank at

Pau Cheung Street, Kowloon and Pak Hoi Street, Kowloon on the 11th August,

1972 and the 7th September, 1972 respectively when $26,630 and a revolver

with six rounds of ammunition were stolen from the former and 157,540 end

a shotgun with three rounds of ammunition were stolen from the latter.

The 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 7th were charged with robbery at the

Bangkok Bank on the 21st September, 1972 when $32,000 was stolen.

The 1st, 3rd, 5th and 6th were charged with robbery at the

Hong Kong & Shanghai Bank at 245 Lai Chi Kok Road, Kowloon on the

13th October, 1972 when they stole $138,873.

The 1st and 5th where charged with robbery at the Hong Kong

& Shanghai Bank, Choi Hung Estate on the 14th December, 1972 when they

stole $99,275.

The 2nd was charged (with a person not in custody) with robbery

at the China Light and Power Company's office at Nathan Road on the

23rd Ja

January, 1973 and stealing $4,344.

The 1st, 5th and 7th were charged with robbery at the Hong Kong

and Shanghai Bank branch at Ping Shek Estate, Kowloon on the 22nd February,

1973 and stealing $62,211.

The 1st, 2nd, 3rd 5th, 6th and 7th were charged with robbery

at the Chartered Bank, Mei Foo fun Chuen, Kowloon on the 26th April 1973

and stealing 49,275, a revolves and five rounds of ammunition.
